End of the Year Trips !!!
We’ve got big plans to end out the year. We have not 1, not 2, but 3 possible outdoor experiences depending on your level of adventure.

Outdoor Adventure #1
May 7th - We’re going to the Girl Scout Spring Fling at Fairview Lakes YMCA Camp. It will be a day of outdoor fun and badge work. We’ll be leaving the school at 8a and returning at 6p. Lunch and snack is included.  The total cost is $25 per girl/$30 per adult.  A deposit of $15 is due April 22nd. The remaining balance is due May 6th and can be paid with cookie credit.

Outdoor Adventure #2
June 10th & 12th - Pack your sleeping bag because, we’re going to Wyndham Shawnee Resort in the Poconos for a mountain getaway. Each weekend there’s a list of fun activities to enjoy.  All meals, activities and transportation are included. We’ll be leaving Friday after school and returning on Sunday afternoon.  The total cost is $30 per girl/$40 per adult. A deposit of $15 is due April 22nd. The remaining balance is due June 3rd and can be paid with cookie credit.

Outdoor Adventure #3
June 18th – By popular request for Junior and Older Girls only (Sorry no Daisies or Brownies allowed). Get ready to get wet because we’re going whitewater rafting on the Lehigh River, in PA. The trip, which goes through some of the most scenic sections of the river, is a great opportunity for girls to build their paddling and teamwork, and have a real blast. We’ll be leaving at 7a and returning at 4p. The total cost is $50 per girl/$60 per adult. A deposit of $30 is due April May 6th. The remaining balance is due June 3rd and can be paid with cookie credit.

Cookie Booth Sales
A booth sale is when our troops go to various locations to sell cookies to the public. Ms. Tarah is our Cookie Booth Sale Coordinator and has set up several sales. Some of them are listed below but more are to come. Girls who participate in the booth sales, can earn higher levels of prizes and earn a booth sale patch. You don't have to be there the entire sale; the usual shift is 2 hours. If you would like to participate in one of the booth sales let Ms. Tarah know.
Friday, April 15th – Hoboken Train Station, 3p-6p
Saturday, April 16th – Seabra Supermarket, Newark, 10a-3p
Saturday, April 16th – Petco, West Orange, 11a-3p
    Saturday, April 23rd – Cookie Drive @ EOCCS, 10a-4p

Picture Day

This Girl Scout picture day for the yearbook will be a little different. We'll be taking a group picture of the Juniors on Friday, April 22nd. You'll see the rest of the Girl Scouts featured in picture from activities over the year.

It’s not too late to sign up for Digital Cookie. Girls who sell at least 12 boxes through the DOC will get a patch. Digital Order Card (DOC) is the online cookie ordering system. Through DOC you can send emails to friends and family who want their cookies now or live far away.  Because it’s linked to girl accounts, customers can only order after receiving an email invitation. Emails  from noreply@girlscouts.org were sent to the address on the Girl Scout’s account. If you can't get in, chances the email ended up in spam or was accidentally deleted. You can go to Digital Cookie Login and click on “Forgot username and password”.  If you're is still having trouble, go to Digital Cookie Help.

DOC accepts all major credit cards. DOC cookie orders will be filled directly from the bakery.  Although there is a fee for shipping, the delivery time is 3-5 days after the order is placed; so customers will get freshly baked cookies.  In addition it’s the only way customer can get the Gluten-free cookie immediately.

Last Weeks of the Cookie                       Sale
It's hard to believe but the cookie sale is winding down. We’re still having booth sales and there's still time to get your last cookie order in. Final cookie orders are due April 22nd. After that, there are NO MORE cookies. Remember, all cookie sales count towards cookie credits. Girls earn 30¢ for each box of cookie sold, which can be used towards our end of the year trips
