Senior Luncheon Thank You
We would like to thank everyone who sent a dish, helped or came out to our Senior Luncheon. The food was tasty and plentiful. The gifts were varied and thoughtful. The residents of Norman Towers were greatly appreciative. They had nothing but kind words and compliments about the girls. We are definitely welcome to come back again. Again, many kudos to all the girls and their parents!

Flapjack Breakfast
Join us for a fundraiser breakfast at Applebee’s in Kearny on Saturday, January 26th from 8:00-10:00am. Tickets for the Flapjack Breakfast will be available January 4th, our first meeting of the new year. For only $10.00 per person you’ll be served a short stack of pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs and your choice of beverage. It’ll be a great way to start the day. You can make it a family event and support our breakfast at the same time.

As the troop is obligated to sell at least 100 tickets, we’re asking that each Girl Scout family sell 2 tickets. As an added incentive, the Girl Scout who sells the most tickets will receive a $20 visa gift card! See any Scout Leader for tickets.

Windsor Gardens
As previously announced, the Girl Scouts are going to the Windsor Gardens Nursing home to sing Christmas carols for the residents, on Friday, December 14th. We will leave the school at 4:15p and return by 5:30p. All girl scouts must have a completed permission slip to attend. As always, parents are welcome to come. Windsor Gardens is located at 140 Park Ave.  We will have sign out books available, in case you wish to pick up your daughter from the nursing home.

Dues
As you remember the annual fee for joining the EOCCS Girl Scouts is $90 per girl. This yearly fee includes snacks, badges, activities and registration & supplies. $30 was due with registration, as well as $30 the first meeting of the month in November and December. If you have not made your dues payments please see Mrs. Holman as soon as possible to make arrangements. All dues must be paid before the start of the cookie sale.
