Cookie Ordering Procedures

Dear Parents,

As a reminder we are NOT collecting money for initial cookie orders, as we are implementing a new procedure. All initial orders must be placed online through the Digital Order Card by February 2nd, next Sunday!

Parents and girls over 13 can register for Digital Cookies using the instructions on the following link. Parents must use the email address associated with the girl scouts. You must watch the video and accept the Terms and Conditions, as well as the Online Pledge to proceed. You can register using a phone or computer.

Each girl must create a Digital Order Card (DOC) to accept orders. Follow this link to set it up. It’s a 3-step part process. It takes about 15-20 minutes to register and setup the personal site.

Girls can still use the paper order card but, using DOC allows girls to sell more cookies and earn more cookie credit. Links can be shared with friends and family by email. For a shipping fee, Cousin Shakir, who lives in Virginia, can get his boxes of cookies shipped directly with no waiting.

At the end of the sale, total the paper order as you normally would. Instead of bringing the money to school, add it to your bank account. Through DOC, input an order to the parent, pay online and select “In Person Delivery.” There is no fee to pay online and you can use all major debit and credit cards.  Placing your order online also gives you extra time to get Aunt Sally’s order; online orders can be placed until midnight, Sunday, February 2nd will be included in your initial order. The orders are automatically transferred to the troop order.

Girls also get an additional patch and prizes by placing DOC orders of more than 35 boxes.
