Registration

The annual registration fee to join Girl Scouts is $40. You can join or re-register through the following link. Registration. Returning Girl Scouts can also pay the registration fee by sending $40 to Mrs. Holman by cash, check or through CashApp ($CharterGirlScouts) or PayPal (charter_girlscouts@yahoo.com). The Girl Scout council also provides financial assistance to cover the $40 registration fee to qualified applicants. or anyone who applies. The form can be downloaded from the Permission slip link on the left. Registration fees go directly to the council and do not benefit the troop. You can also pick up a Financial Assistance form from 99 Washington St. They can also be returned with the required documentation. Girls must be registered to participate.

 

 

2020 Candy and Nut Sale 

This year the nut sale started on September 25th, before our first meeting in October. Parents of registered girls can pick up a nut order card at 99 Washington St. There are various ways Girl Scouts can earn patches when they participate in the sale. By selling 15 candy and nut items and 2 magazine subscriptions girls can earn 2 patch segments. A final patch can be earned by registering on the nut sale website and entering 15 email addresses. More specifics are in the Nut & Candy packet.

 

All nut money is due October 26th. As we are having a socially distant sale, payments will only be accepted electronically. You’ll be able to place your total order for Girl Delivery and pay online, or you can pay through PayPal and send me your order. This year, there is NO Late order date. 

 

                                    

Dues 

Although we're meeting virtually, we’re still collecting dues. In the past, dues were $75 for the year however, as we won’t need to get snack, dues have been reduced to $60. Dues are payable in 3 payments of $20 each.

This year girls will do more crafting badges than discussion badges. Girls will be able to pick up a supply box, from 99 Washington St, with all the materials they need to complete the badge the first few badges. The girls will complete badges using materials from their supply bag during virtual meetings.

 The first dues payment is due on Friday, October 9th. The second payment is due on November 13th, while the final payment is due on December 4th. Alternatively, you can pay the full amount, $60, at time of registration.
