 Fun Day & Ceremony

While the world is slowly opening up, many Girl Scout venues are still closed. However we still want to celebrate the strides we made this year. As a result, we've planned a fun play day combined with our annual ceremony for Sunday, July 11th at Turtle Back Rock picnic area in South Mountain Reservation from 11a-3pm. As usual at our annual award ceremony, we'll awarding patches, cookies prizes & trophies. The ceremony will be followed by grilling and playing games. Please RSVP on the Remind App, so we can get an accurate count of food by Wednesday, July 7th. Hope to see you there!

Why wait until September to register? You can re-register now and pay the $40 annual registration fee to join Girl Scouts, through the following link. Registration. You can also pay the registration fee by sending $40 to Mrs. Holman by cash, check or through CashApp ($CharterGirlScouts) or PayPal (charter_girlscouts@yahoo.com). Even during the pandemic, the Girl Scout council is still providing financial assistance to cover the $40 registration fee to qualified applicants. So, we'll have Financial Assistance form at the Fun Day on July 11th. All girls must be registered by October 1st to participate in the troop, so don't wait. As always the $75 dues payment, which is separate from registration, will be payable in $25 monthly payments beginning October 1st. And yes, we hope to be meeting in person in for the new 2021-2022 scout year.
